The ability to create a business plan is critical. It helps you develop skills outside your wheelhouse, forces you to get creative, and allows you to the freedom to explore hypothetical ideas and concepts. During my Fall 2017 MBA semester, I was tasked with developing a business plan for a fictional start-up. Maybe one day it might turn into a reality!
