Dickey’s Barbecue Pit Operations Analysis
As a course requirement for graduation, I was tasked with preparing an operations analysis for a local business. Myself and two peers settled on Dickey’s Barbecue Pit — a restaurant that recently opened its doors in Albuquerque at the time. They have since gone on to open a second location and are experiencing great success.
